Top Ten Tuesday #47

Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by The Broke and the Bookish and is a chance for everyone to get to know fellow bloggers and share lists. I love lists. Every week is a different list.

This week is Top Ten New-To-Me Favorite Authors I Read For The First Time In 2015.

I am a creature of habit and I read the same authors again and again. And again. And I reread a lot. But this year I actually discovered quite a few gems!
I think there's only one author on that list who is not British, but it just so happens that her books are set in Britain. Creature of habit and all. I love where I live.

If I haven't already read everything by these authors, then it's on my TBR and ordered. Or pre-ordered.

  1. I don't think I've heard of any of those. I need to check them out! :)

  2. I absolutely adore Cat Clarke, even though I've only read two of her novels - Torn and Entangled. I also really enjoyed James Dawson's Cruel Summer, and Say Her Name was pretty good, as well. Ooh, Vendetta by Catherine Doyle was such a great book - it got a strong 4 star rating from me.
I haven't had the chance to read anything by the others but I heard pretty awesome things about AC Gaughen's Scarlet, and I'm thinking about reading more than one novels of C.J. Daugherty. Oh, and Jane Lovering's Art of Christmas is on my Christmas tbr - have you read it? I couldn't NOT add Darkmere by Helen Maslin to my tbr, especially after reading your review! It sounds soo good!
    Wonderful list! <33
