Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by The Broke and the Bookish and is a chance for everyone to get to know fellow bloggers and share lists. I love lists. Every week is a different list.
This week is Top Ten Best Books You've Read In 2017 So Far.
This year has been SO GOOD for me when it comes to books that this was actually quite a difficult list. How do you decide between the awesome? So I just went through Goodreads and the books I've read this year and plucked out my ten favourites. It was brutal. And as usual it's 90% UKYA ❤.
- Wing Jones by Katherine Webber
- Fir by Sharon Gosling
- Maresi by Maria Turtschaninoff
- Following Ophelia by Sophia Bennett
- Margot & Me by Juno Dawson
- Waiting for Callback: Take Two by Perdita and Honor Cargill
- Gypsy Girl by Kathryn James
- Contagion by Teri Terry
- One Italian Summer by Keris Stainton
- Cell 7 by Kerry Drewery
I'm planning to go on a big Italian story kick soon so I'm adding One Italian Summer to my list. Thank you!

Make sure you have plenty of tissues!
DeleteWING JONES! <3 I'm surprised I haven't seen her on more lists today, because she's so flawless. Still need to read most of the books you've listed, but I'm bumping Cell 7 to the top of my must reads.
ReplyDeleteHere's my TTT :)
I haven't read these, but after checking them out on Goodreads, several might have to be added to my list. Here is our TTT.
ReplyDeleteOne Italian Summer is on my summer TBR. I also really liked Margot & Me even if I didn't "like" the main character :D
ReplyDeleteYes! I didn't really like Fliss very much but I loved Margot and her diary.
DeleteOne Italian Summer is so lovely!
I was glad to see Maresi on this list!

Ahh that's awesome you've read so much UK books! I really suck at reading books from my own country. #shame I've read like 80% US books instead of Australian ones. 😜 Also I liked Wing Jones too!! I hope the rest of 2017 is as glorious for books for you!
ReplyDeleteI apparently need to bone up on my UK YA reading as I've not heard of any of these! It's like there is a whole world out there I am ignorant of, lol! Glad it sounds like it was hard to pick just 10 - that's the sign of a good reading year!
ReplyDeleteGlad you enjoyed One Italian Summer! It definitely gave me a serious case of wanderlust :D
